Extra Wide Container Camps
  • Features
  • Technical Data
  • Application

This container house is modified from the shipping container. The shipping container has high loading. So it can be stacked 1 to 5 floors. The floor has high loading. So you can set more furniture in the room. The width is enlarged. So the inner space is more big. More space for you to decorate. Although the size is enlarged. It still can be loaded or uploaded by the lift or forklift. In the bed room set two beds and there is a night table between them. The space is big enough to hold a big wardrobe. The capacity is enough to keep two person`s clothes.
The extra width is 600mm;
the original shipping container inner size: 5690mm*2130mm*2180mm;
wooden parts: pine;
metal reinforcement: cold rolled steel thickness 3mm;
the added insulation layer: PU foam, thickness 50mm;
inner panel cladding: chipboard, thickness 9mm;
floor: wooden;

Conclusion: Stacking ISO containers 10 high on land is reasonable, and stacks as high as 12 may be possible depending on the type of container purchased and on the loading of the container with Off-Axis detector elements. For a final detector design, good engineering practice would require that the corner posts of the selected containers be loaded to failure to more accurately determine the safety factor of the stacked array.
